The process

Application Form

Apply online by completing the Online Application Form.
Please submit a separate form for each child you are applying for.

Confirmation Email

After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your application.

Application Outcome

Applications close on 31st May 2026.
All applications will be processed after the closing date, and you will be notified of the outcome in July, 2026.

Fees and Payment Process

Abu Bakr Islamic School (ABIS) uses GoCardless to manage all school fee payments.

GoCardless is a secure online Direct Debit provider that allows parents and carers to make payments safely, easily, and automatically. All parents/carers are required to sign up so that school fees can be collected through a streamlined monthly payment process, with the agreed amount automatically debited from the bank account provided each month.

Please note that the school does not see or have access to any bank or payment details. All information is securely handled by GoCardless.

Fees

School fees will be changing from the new academic year beginning September 2026.

School fees are calculated as an annual amount and divided into 12 monthly payments, which are charged throughout the year. Fees are paid one month in advance.

First child	£25 per month
each additional child	£15 per month

1 Child: £25 per month
2 Children: £40 per month
3 Children: £55 per month

SETTING UP A GOCARDLESS ACCOUNT

Once your child’s place has been confirmed, you will receive a secure link by email or text message to set up a new Abu Bakr Islamic School GoCardless account.

If you already have a child at the school and an active GoCardless account, no action is required. Your existing account will automatically be updated to include payments for any additional children.

Parents/carers may also choose to set up their account immediately by clicking on the button below.

The setup process is simple and should take no more than 5 minutes. You will be asked to provide the following details:

Your first and last name

Your email address

Your billing address

Your bank account details

Set Up ABIS Direct Debit Payment

Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email from GoCardless. If there are any issues with your signup, you will be notified accordingly.
